Got my order mixed up. I think I confused the pretty lady with black hair on accident, but she was really nice and I didn’t want to be mean about it. I’ll definitely be coming here more often since it’s obvious the workers care a lot about their work.

My specialty coffee was exactly what I wanted! The barista was fantastic, and the portion was generous—much better than at the Tarpon Springs branch! The staff were also very polite and friendly, and quick! No long wait.

This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to you! The manager of the Starbucks is amazing. I see him working in here a lot, and he has the best attitude, he is so nice, and he is always working super fast! It definitely filters down to everyone else who works here. My husband and I go out of our way to come to the Starbucks. Love it! It’s always clean, friendly, they are fast to get your orders, and super nice!

7/22/25 update Really tried to give this place a chance, but it just keeps getting worse. Everything I said below is still true, and today I show up to get a mobile order in-store and find that it's closed for a four-hour staff meeting (from the sounds of it, some kind of party). No notice on the app, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. Had to stand at the drive-though window to ask about my order. They brought it out to me, and to top it all off the egg bites came with a big hair (wish I was making that up). No garbage bins outside either, so guess I will just leave the trash on the table outside. Think I'm done with this location. They clearly have other priorities than customers. Enjoy your party, guys. ***** Original review: Staff are friendly enough but service is hit or miss. Before the redesign, this place used to be packed. Now it looks like this inside (empty) more often than not. For some reason, they redesigned the interior to have less seating, and what seating is left is incredibly uncomfortable and sterile. It's like they don't want people to hang out here, and people seem to be getting the message.
